About Us

My Approach

Preparation – Thorough preparation is the key to success. Starting from the ground up, I meticulously investigate your case, the evidence and the law to gain a thorough understanding and to know exactly where we stand.

Experience and Skill – My experience has strengthened not only my skills in court, but also my knowledge of provincial and federal laws. Acquiring these qualities does not come merely through study, but through extensive practice.

Dedication – I have an extensive experience in motion and trial courts and this gives me the discipline and knowledge to argue your case for a trier of fact.

Proven Track Record – I have tried hundreds of cases. While not every case goes to trial, I prepare each one as if it will. Meticulous preparation has often resulted in cases being resolved outside of court without a trial.

Personal Attention – I handle every case personally. I return telephone calls and emails promptly, and always keep you advised on what is going on with your case.  I work to alleviate that stress and give my clients the information they need to move forward with confidence.

Succeeding – Many cases are won by avoiding trial altogether.  However, in those rare cases that a matter has to go to trial, Aswani K. Datt has the experience to make this successful.
